To put the "technological innovation" concept into practice and enhance core competitiveness, the company held a project chief engineer capability enhancement training from June 24 to 28.

Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management team's work), pointed out during the training that factors such as personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment, as well as quality, safety, technology, progress, funds, and cost management at the project site, all revolve around project efficiency. As key figures in driving the company's development, project chief engineers should establish a global perspective, continuously improve basic management levels, deepen their understanding and application of professional knowledge, and coordinate various management tasks to create greater project efficiency for the company.

This training further strengthened the technical management level and ability of project chief engineers and professional construction personnel, providing strong support for comprehensively improving the company's project management efficiency and promoting project profitability. Trainees expressed that they would apply the knowledge learned in this training to their actual work, truly achieving the integration of knowledge and action.

It is understood that this training course was divided into two stages: theory and practice. The theoretical course invited heads of relevant business units such as the Technology Center, Production Management Department, and Contract Budget Department to give lectures, mainly including engineering system management, construction quality and technical standardization management, safety planning and management, technological innovation management, and construction planning and process management analysis; the practical course invited skill masters from four professions: welding, lifting, fitter, and electrical, to give lectures and demonstrations.
