Sun Zhijian and Yang Yu went deep into the project site, conducting on-site inspections of the construction progress of the floating pump station water intake project, the water plant comprehensive building, and integrated equipment. At the subsequent investigation meeting, Sun Zhijian and Yang Yu listened carefully to the project manager's report on the project's overview, quality, safety, technology, economics, external contract execution, and highlights, and gave high praise to the project's achievements.

Sun Zhijian made the following requirements: First, as a key project of Yunnan Province and the company, the Luxi Water Plant must strictly follow the arrangements and deployments of the group and the company, comprehensively sort out the remaining project workload, formulate targeted construction plans, maintain a positive spirit and solid work style, complete the project's final stages, and ensure the smooth completion of the project by July 30. Second, strictly adhere to the group's "four guarantees, one control, one tree" project management requirements, implement refined project management, and make refined management a project highlight. Use the project site as a medium to expand and win the market, fully leverage the "brand effect," enhance core competitiveness, and strengthen the influence of secondary market operations. Third, solidly advance project safety management work, improve safety management levels, understand the practical significance of "safety production has only a starting point, not an end point; only a process, not a completion," always adhere to the safety red line, maintain a high sense of responsibility, earnestly implement safety production responsibilities and systems, and take measures such as flood prevention during the flood season. Fourth, fully leverage the advantages of the project team's youthfulness, strengthen team building, enhance team cohesion, sort out work ideas, and contribute to project construction. Fifth, taking Party discipline education as an opportunity, increase the integration of Party building into production and operation, fully leverage the role of grassroots Party branches as fighting bastions and the exemplary role of Party members, and effectively transform the political advantages of state-owned enterprises into economic advantages, contributing to the company's high-quality development through internal improvements.
Yang Yu emphasized: First, the project department should attach great importance to the application of learning outcomes, strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations in conjunction with actual job duties, and further improve project management capabilities. Second, the project department should actively create a strong atmosphere of "emphasizing effectiveness, strengthening practical work, and focusing on implementation," actively communicate with the client, owner, design institute, and downstream units, fully leverage the advantages of the project team, and effectively promote project quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. Third, fully leverage the "leading goose effect" of the project manager, do a good job in talent cultivation, strictly implement the company's requirements on "self-behavior standards outside of eight hours," prohibit drinking and driving, gambling, etc., and actively create a good working environment with excellent conduct and a clean and honest atmosphere.
