Promoting the digital transformation of production and management
To carry out intelligent construction and digital transformation, we have conducted field trips to enterprises and projects in Beijing, Shenzhen, Sichuan, and other places, and have clearly put forward the Group's construction needs and implementation paths. Through the construction of platforms such as i8, NCC, and "Cloud Home," the Group has achieved integrated economic control, integrated integration of industry, finance, and capital, and integrated supply chain collaboration management. Currently, it is developing a project mass production management platform and building a digital hall to promote the digital transformation of on-site management and the realization of integrated intelligent connection between projects and enterprises.
Promoting the application of digital technologies
After years of BIM technology practice, a large number of application experiences have been accumulated, and a BIM professional team has been established to meet the needs of design, civil engineering, electromechanical, industrial installation, and operation and maintenance management (more than 480 people have passed the Group's internal vocational skills level certification, and more than 40 people have obtained modeling engineer certificates from the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department or the Mapping Society). The entire Group has won a total of 18 national industry association BIM awards, 26 provincial industry association BIM awards, 5 BIM-related software copyrights, 10 digital management platform-related software copyrights, and 36 intelligent software copyrights. The Xia Rihamu Nickel-Cobalt Mine mining and selection project in Qinghai Province uses BIM, AI, and the Internet of Things technologies and has won numerous awards, including the China Installation Association BIM Achievement Evaluation Award, the China Construction Enterprise Association BIM Achievement Award, and the Yunnan Provincial "Camellia Cup" First Prize, and was selected as a typical case of informatization by the China Construction Enterprise Association.
Exploration and practice of intelligent construction
In terms of technical preparation and research, the Group has launched a research project at the Group level on "Research and Standardization of Basic Common Technologies for Intelligent Construction (Phase I)", planning to invest more than 8 million yuan to systematically carry out work on the establishment of a standardized system, digital technology support, intelligent technology research, and equipment application.
In terms of intelligent production, an intelligent steel structure production workshop has been built, integrating the MES platform, welding robots, and intelligent production lines; an aluminum alloy formwork intelligent manufacturing industrial park has been built, with automatic aluminum formwork production lines and automatic spraying lines put into operation, which can supply formwork for about 1,000 buildings simultaneously; a smart green concrete platform has been built for the production, sales, and transportation management of commercial concrete, and has been applied to more than 50 concrete mixing stations.
In terms of smart construction sites, the provincial local standards "Evaluation Standard for Smart Construction Sites" and "Construction Standard for Smart Construction Sites" are being compiled (as the main or participating unit). More than 10 projects under construction, including Dianchi Greenway, Chunchenghua Mansion Community, New Kunhua Hospital, Kunming East Third Ring Road Closure, Provincial Women and Children's Health Care Hospital, and Kunming Airport East Second Runway, are using smart construction sites.
In terms of intelligent construction equipment, intelligent strong impact, vibration rolling, and paving equipment were fully used in the construction of the Changshui Airport East Second Runway project. After being connected to the digital platform, digital supervision of the construction process and key technical parameters was realized. In the next step, more than 10 mainstream construction robots, such as intelligent material spreading machines, leveling robots, polishing robots, and measuring robots, will be introduced into pilot projects for building construction, promoting the research and application of intelligent construction equipment to improve efficiency.

According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Soliciting and Selecting Pilot Cities for Intelligent Construction," the goals of intelligent construction pilots include three aspects: First, to promote pilot cities to establish cross-departmental collaborative promotion mechanisms, forming replicable and promotable policy systems, development paths, and regulatory models for intelligent construction. Second, to accelerate the deep integration of the construction industry with advanced manufacturing technologies and new generation information technologies, realizing the digital control of the entire process of engineering project quality, safety, progress, and cost, and promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency in the construction industry. Third, to build an intelligent construction industrial cluster, giving rise to a number of new industries, new formats, and new models, and creating a new engine for local economic development.
According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, pilot enterprises should promote high-level development and strengthen top-level design, cultivate a group of general contracting enterprises with intelligent construction system solution capabilities, and supporting enterprises in construction, surveying and design, equipment manufacturing, and information technology, develop new industries such as digital design, intelligent production, intelligent construction, intelligent operation and maintenance, construction robots, and building industry Internet, and build an intelligent construction industrial cluster. Improve the industrial chain, through the form of "extending, supplementing, and strengthening the chain," gather resources for the development of the construction industry, actively build an intelligent construction industrial base, integrate intelligent construction into the development of related industrial chains, extend intelligent construction management work, work together, build a construction industry ecosystem, and become an important growth pole leading the high-quality development of the provincial construction industry.
