Er'an Youth Ambition | "Chasing Dreams of the Future, Growing with JianTou"

A single drop of water cannot form a vast ocean; a single tree cannot grow into a lush forest; a handful of soil cannot coalesce into a vast land. Each of us is an individual, and individual strength is limited, as is individual growth. However, JianTou gathers our wisdom and strength. Here, we support each other and grow together, combining individual strength into collective power and weaving individual dreams into a shared future.

Years have passed, and time has changed. Unknowingly, I have been working at JianTou for seven years. In 2017, I became a member of the company and have since participated in the construction of projects such as the LuMi Expressway project, the Dianzhong New Area Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park project, the Lanping County New Relocation Poverty Alleviation project, the Lanping Ancient Salt Capital Tunnel project, and the GuNing Expressway project, always working on the front lines. From a construction worker to a safety officer, from a cost engineer to a project manager, I have taken on different roles in project management, personally experiencing and witnessing the rapid development and changes of the group and the company over these years. Looking back, I have many feelings. The company has not only given me a platform for development but has also helped me find meaning and value in my life.

Every ordinary JianTou employee has extraordinary dreams. Over the years, I have had the honor of participating in the construction of many company projects. The most memorable one is the Lanping County relocation poverty alleviation project. We used our sweat to irrigate this barren land and used our love to warm the people living in hardship. Countless nights of overtime and harsh weather conditions have brought light to the resettlement sites, and countless efforts and sweat have created a happy life in impoverished areas. The time spent working alongside you is the most precious time of my life. Here, I have learned the true meaning of struggle and gained sincere friendships.

My journey with you is filled with emotions and memories. I remember the darkness before dawn and the warmth of the sunset; I remember the difficulties and setbacks, and I remember the successes and joys. You are like a warm harbor, allowing me to feel the warmth of home and the power of love in a foreign land. On the road to growth with you, I have not only achieved professional success but also gained inner satisfaction and peace. This is not only a journey of struggle but also a reflection of the soul and an exchange of emotions. My journey with you has taught me that no matter what difficulties or challenges we face, as long as we have faith, courage, and perseverance, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve our own success.

Responsibility calls for commitment, and mission calls for the future. Looking back on the past, we are full of ambition; looking forward to the future, we are full of passion. With dreams in our hearts, the future will shine brightly. JianTou is a milestone on my journey of growth, witnessing my progress. The years have left their mark, but our prosperous career is thriving. I will continue to move forward with JianTou, growing together and creating brilliance on the road to pursuing our dreams.
