On the eve of International Labor Day (May 1st), to fully leverage the exemplary and guiding role of socialist core values and the spirit of craftsmanship, the company held an exchange and symposium on "Inheriting Craftsmanship Culture and Internally Driving Technological Innovation" at the Industrial Workers Center on the morning of April 28th. Yang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union; Xu Yanlu, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Engineer; and Zhang Yuling, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer, attended the exchange and symposium.

At the symposium, two master craftsman representatives from different professional sectors and three outstanding young representatives from welding, cost estimation, and crane operation shared their experiences. Some employee representatives also gave speeches on "The Model Worker in My Heart."

A word of instruction, a small gift, a lifelong mentor-apprentice relationship. In the mentor-apprentice inheritance segment, mentors offered words of encouragement to their apprentices, hoping they would continue to strive and improve themselves on their future paths. The apprentices expressed their gratitude to their mentors and pledged to repay their mentors' cultivation with practical actions. Afterwards, both parties exchanged gifts.
At the meeting, Xu Yanlu emphasized the importance of the spirit of craftsmanship, the spirit of model workers, and mentor-apprentice inheritance to the company's development. He also pointed out that in cultivating talent, the roles of teaching, assisting, and guiding should be fully utilized. Mentors should have strict requirements for apprentices, focusing on practical on-site operations to help them improve their skills through continuous practice.
Zhang Yuling shared her experience in mentoring. She stated that, firstly, one should be focused in their work, loving what they do and becoming proficient in their chosen field, striving for excellence in their work. Secondly, one must be persistent, loving their job, dedicating themselves earnestly, and having a strong sense of professionalism. Thirdly, one should pursue excellence, carefully performing every simple task and every simple thing, striving for perfection.
In her concluding remarks, Yang Yu emphasized that the company's cadres and employees should, firstly, carefully summarize their experiences and inherit the spirit of labor and craftsmanship. Secondly, they should recognize the development situation of the construction industry, firmly grasp core technologies, strengthen technological inheritance, and cultivate various types of knowledge-based and technically skilled personnel. Thirdly, they should improve and secure their livelihoods through labor, driving the company towards better and more innovative development.
