4 On July 17, Rui Tieming, the company's vice general manager, went to the Sixth Engineering Project Department's Nine Dragons Paper (Beihai) Co., Ltd. integrated project to inspect and guide the work and to visit and comfort the front-line cadres and employees. Rui Tieming and his team went deep into the project site, and learned in detail about the production situation of the project's MP11+MP12 chemical mechanical pulp and 300,000-ton semi-chemical pulp workshops, as well as the installation and adjustment of key imported equipment such as digesters and high-concentration grinders. They listened to the project manager's planned arrangements for the next stage of work, and focused on checking the safe and civilized construction of various work sites, the appearance quality of welds, and the layout of gas pipes.

In conjunction with the project's progress, Rui Tieming required: First, to earnestly and meticulously implement safe and civilized construction on site, strictly enforce the "double confirmation, double supervision" safety management regulations, carefully check and promptly eliminate all kinds of safety hazards, and ensure safe production. Second, to closely follow the semi-chemical pulp 4.25 and chemical mechanical pulp 5.30 node targets, strengthen and consolidate target management, and make every effort to sprint towards the completion of the work. Third, to strictly control quality supervision, strengthen the awareness of high-quality products, strictly abide by the technological processes and technical standards, and complete the remaining construction tasks with high quality. Fourth, the project department should implement grid management, dynamically monitor the project construction situation, assign personnel to specific positions, and consolidate management responsibilities.
