3 On July 27, Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, led a team to investigate the Xiangyun Fortune Railway Dedicated Line project. They learned in detail about the layout of the Xiangyun Fortune Industrial Park, the planning of the railway dedicated line freight yard, the current operating status, development prospects, and handover transition. A meeting was also held to arrange and deploy the next steps.

The Xiangyun Fortune Railway Dedicated Line is the first dedicated railway in the province jointly invested and constructed by the county-level government and enterprises. It is one of the national key railway dedicated line construction projects and Yunnan Province's "Four Hundreds" key projects. It is also the Group's first railway sector business. It is of great significance to the Group's integration into the development of the Dianxi region and the building of harmonious and effective government-enterprise relations. The operation handover of the Xiangyun Fortune Railway Dedicated Line is an important measure to leverage the advantages of group operations. The logistics company and Yuntie Company must further enhance their political standing, firmly establish the Group's "one network, one game, one family, one heart" philosophy, adhere to the group-based, professional, and branded operation orientation, closely monitor policy changes, promote resource integration, and strive to make the Xiangyun Fortune Railway Dedicated Line stronger, better, and larger, helping the Group to play its modern logistics advantage card and accelerate the construction of a new pattern of high-quality development with inherent connotations.

The logistics company must carefully sort out the project situation, scientifically formulate operational plans, and tap operational potential to ensure that the project's operational level reaches a new level and achieves new results. The logistics company should strengthen communication and exchange and business interoperability with the railway bureau and other provincial logistics enterprises, learn from advanced experiences, fully integrate internal and external high-quality resources, fully utilize the "Cloud Camp Family" digital platform, continuously extend and expand the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, cultivate emerging business formats, smooth operational mechanisms, continuously improve quality and efficiency, and conduct publicity and promotion.
