Group exchanges and talks with the Yunnan Provincial Branch of the State Development Bank

3 On January 1, Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, and Peng Zhaowen, Party Secretary and President of the Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank, held a meeting. Both sides conducted in-depth communication and exchange on key cooperation projects and matters of concern for the year, reaching a consensus. Li Yuting and Gu Xinwei, members of the Party Committee and vice presidents of the Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank, and Tong Degang, member of the Party Committee and vice general manager of the Group Company, attended the meeting.

Peng Zhaowen expressed gratitude for the Group's long-standing care and support for the Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank. He pointed out that Yunnan Construction Investment Group is a long-term strategic partner of the Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank, and the development of both sides is inseparable. Over the years of cooperation, both sides have achieved good results in infrastructure investment and construction, overseas business, rural revitalization, water conservancy projects, affordable housing construction, and other fields, building a win-win, mutually trusting, and united silver-enterprise community of shared destiny. Yunnan Construction Investment Group is the main force in infrastructure investment and construction in our province and the largest customer of the Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank in the province. The Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank will closely follow the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the work arrangements of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, actively leverage its advantages in comprehensive financial services, optimize existing resources, develop incremental resources, improve quality, and increase support for Yunnan Construction Investment Group "quarterly and monthly." It is hoped that both sides will clarify their development direction, find their development positioning, and create a new development situation, carrying out more cooperation around the main responsibilities and businesses of Yunnan Construction Investment Group, jointly creating new growth points for the "three major economies," and making new and greater contributions to the economic and social development of our province.

Chen Zujun expressed gratitude for the care and support given to the Group by the Yunnan Branch of the State Development Bank and introduced the Group's development situation. He pointed out that in 2023, the Group deeply implemented the “3815” development goals of our province, “3512” development goals, seizing the opportunities for the growth and development of the province's “ three major economies ” , and deeply constructing “ five construction investments ” , the development momentum is stable and improving, and the Group's comprehensive strength, market competitiveness, and social influence have significantly improved. In February this year, the Group held its second session of the first congress of representatives, clarifying that the Group will adhere to “ promoting stability through progress and improving quality in stability ” as the main line of work, focusing on the three major businesses of construction engineering construction, infrastructure project investment, and modern logistics “三大主业” three major businesses “ three advantageous cards ” , and strive to contribute to the high-quality and leapfrog development of the provincial economy and society.
