The Huanggang Chenming Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. chemical pulp upgrading and supporting flue gas denitrification technical transformation project is located in the Huanggang Chenming Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. factory area in Huanggang City, Hubei Province. The scope of the construction contract mainly includes the installation of electromechanical instruments, equipment, and pipelines in the (30t/d chlorine dioxide preparation) production workshop, switch room, north and south tank areas, circulating water station, and outdoor pipe gallery, as well as non-standard fabrication and installation (tanks, platforms, brackets, etc.), insulation installation, and anti-corrosion construction content.

The Huanggang project contract duration is 150 calendar days, with a project cost of 13.98 million yuan. The project has a short construction period and heavy tasks. To expedite the handover of the project to the client for commissioning, the project management personnel adhered to their posts and performed their duties diligently, turning pressure into motivation, and comprehensively launched a rush work campaign to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of the project. They seized sunny days and battled haze, solving problems and launching a full-scale offensive, fully demonstrating the "iron army" style of the Second Construction Company. To ensure the construction period, the project department and team members started working overtime late into the night. As the lighting in the construction site had not yet been completed, ensuring night construction safety became a major challenge.
