12 On October 20, the Yongsheng County City Comprehensive Garbage Resource Utilization Plant construction project of the Sixth Engineering Project Department successfully started up.

During the project construction, the project department overcame difficulties such as the high difficulty of land acquisition and demolition, the great pressure of construction and traffic maintenance, and tight funding. It effectively strengthened organizational leadership and coordination capabilities, deployed a professional management team, fully carried forward the spirit of the plateau iron army, strictly followed the requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree", integrated resources, concentrated efforts to overcome difficulties, and effectively carried out safety production, quality control, and progress management work, making every effort to promote project construction.

To complete this ignition task, the project department, based on the characteristics of the project, formulated a rigorous construction plan, adopted a combination of parallel and sequential construction methods, implemented classified, phased, and segmented strategies, and finally successfully ignited, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the project in the later stage.

It is understood that the Yongsheng County City Comprehensive Garbage Resource Utilization Plant construction project, as a key construction project in Yongsheng County, has a total estimated investment of approximately 84,423,300 yuan and a total land area of 57,133.64 ㎡ ，the total newly built building area is 9024.43 ㎡ ，using a pyrolysis treatment device, the design processing scale is 150 tons/day.
