Carrying forward the red gene, strengthening Party spirit education: The second session of the group's cadre training class concludes successfully

11 From July 22nd to 27th, the group's party committee's special training class for party members and cadres on "Continuing the Red Gene and Strengthening Party Education" (second session) successfully concluded. 42 middle-level cadres from the group participated in the training.

Wang Yongqiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, congratulated all trainees at the graduation ceremony on successfully completing all learning tasks and graduating smoothly, and expressed gratitude to the Shaanxi Provincial Party School for providing high-quality support for this training. He emphasized that at a critical moment when the Group is deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively launching a campaign to study and implement the spirit of the Group's First Party Congress, and "working hard for 50 days to win the whole year," holding a special training class in the revolutionary holy land of Yan'an fully demonstrates the Group's Party Committee's care, love, and ardent expectations for middle-level cadres. All trainees should deeply understand the good intentions of the Group's Party Committee, raise their political standing, and effectively enhance their ideological consciousness, political consciousness, and action consciousness, resolutely promoting the implementation and effectiveness of the Group's various deployment requirements.

Wang Yongqiang demanded that all trainees should transform their learning achievements into work capabilities, pay attention to the transformation and application of learning achievements, continuously summarize experience and practices, master the laws and characteristics of work, creatively carry out work, and improve their ability and level in managing work and coping with complex situations. They should transform learning achievements into vivid practices, transform learning achievements into the ideological motivation and spiritual support for promoting work, actively cope with various risks and challenges, and loyally perform their duties. They should transform learning achievements into development momentum, further enhance their sense of responsibility, mission, and urgency, and make every effort to promote the implementation and effectiveness of reform tasks. This training adopted various forms, including expert lectures, on-site teaching, structured discussions, scenario teaching, and music party lessons. Through lectures on the 13 years of the Communist Party of China's revolutionary history in Yan'an, Xi Jinping's views on state-owned enterprise reform and Party building, etc., the trainees gained a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the arduous years and glorious history of the Party Central Committee's 13 years in Yan'an, and deeply understood the formation process, historical status, contemporary value, truth, and practical requirements of the Yan'an spirit. Through visits to educational bases such as the Wangjiaping Revolutionary Site, the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site, the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, and the Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, the trainees reviewed the Party's revolutionary journey during the Yan'an period, and through revolutionary relics, they immersed themselves in learning the ideals and beliefs of the older generation of revolutionaries who sacrificed everything for the Party and the people, inspiring their thoughts in learning and inheriting the spirit in resonance.

By the cave dwellings, the trainees listened attentively to the on-site teaching, deeply understanding the unremitting pursuit of ideals by the great Chinese communists in difficult environments, and feeling the tremendous power of ideals and beliefs and the dedication of revolutionary martyrs who worked hard and were not afraid of sacrifice. At the April 8th Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery, all party members faced the Party flag, raised their right fists, and solemnly swore an oath. The sonorous and powerful oaths once again ignited everyone's passion for loving the Party, loyalty, dedication, and dedication, and strengthened the determination of cadres and employees to perform their duties and promote the high-quality development of the Group. In Liangjiahe Village, Yanchuan County, the trainees visited the educated youth courtyard, the earthen cave dwellings, the village history museum, and the ironworks, and explored the "heart journey" and "thought journey" of General Secretary Xi Jinping's seven years as an educated youth. Through the structured discussion of the implementation plan and measures of the "3512" development goal, the trainees further deepened their understanding of the situation and policies, gathered consensus, gathered wisdom, and studied and planned key measures to implement the spirit of the Group's First Party Congress, using the Yan'an spirit to cultivate and inspire vitality, and promoting work quality improvement, development, and efficiency through learning and transformation.

Trainees said that this training deepened their understanding and grasp of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and was a baptism of their hearts and minds. They will bring the revolutionary stories and red spirit of Yan'an to their work posts, forge their original aspirations, and strive to make new and greater contributions to achieving the Group's "3512" development goals.
