10 On October 16, the Party branch of the Fifth Engineering Project Department organized a study session on the spirit of the First Party Congress of the Group.

The meeting disseminated the spirit of the Group's First Party Congress, led employees in a careful study of the important content of the "two reports," and focused on the Group's "3512" development goals, the overall approach to the Group's work over the next five years, and the "eight struggle goals," "five unwavering principles," and "seven persistent adherences." The meeting required: First, all cadres and employees must earnestly implement the spirit of the Group's First Party Congress, transforming the learning achievements into practical results in strengthening and improving work, applying what they have learned to promote work, and achieving improved quality and efficiency.
