The Tibet Giant Dragon Project Department held a launch meeting for the "100-Day Safety Campaign"

To further implement the main responsibility for safe production, strengthen the basic management of safe production, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for safe production, and ensure the sustained and stable situation of project safety production in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, the Tibet Julong Project Department decided to carry out the 2023 Hundred-Day Safety Campaign from October 1, 2023 to January 8, 2024.

To ensure the smooth progress of this campaign, the project department held a launch meeting for the Hundred-Day Safety Campaign. At the meeting, the project manager gave a full explanation of the "Implementation Plan for the 2023 Hundred-Day Safety Campaign," publicized some articles of the "Safety Production Law," and put forward four requirements for the next step of the project: First, everyone is a safety officer. Project management personnel and various teams must strictly implement safety responsibilities according to the plan; second, the project department should strictly investigate the safety performance of management personnel and include their performance in performance appraisal; third, each work area should strengthen communication with downstream teams to avoid various visits and complaints; fourth, the contract and budget department should cooperate with each work area to complete the investigation of downstream subcontracted teams as soon as possible, check for omissions and fill in gaps in subcontracting materials, and ascertain the piece-rate or daily wage standards of team workers.

The purpose of this launch meeting is to enhance everyone's awareness, always keep safety in mind, strictly follow the action plan, work hard for 100 days, and ensure that the Hundred-Day Safety Campaign achieves results. [Tibet Julong Project/Zhang Zuguang]
