During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, all cadres and employees of the five construction sites of the Tibet project, along with over a hundred construction workers, gave up a rare holiday break, remaining on the front lines working with steel bars and concrete to accelerate the project construction, sounding the charge for the "Final Battle in the Fourth Quarter, 100-Day Rush" goal.

The North Crushing Station construction project is a crucial sub-project in the Julong Phase II project, including 346 pile foundations, three 13.5m high retaining walls, two 25.5m high retaining walls, and two rotary crushers. At an altitude of 5000m, with an average oxygen concentration of 12%, it's an altitude where even normal breathing is difficult. Yet, they remain at their posts, working 24-hour shifts continuously. 460 cubic meters of concrete were poured in sub-zero temperatures, from morning to night, with each step meticulously followed: grouting, vibration, finishing, covering with film, and covering with blankets. The project team, guided by target nodes and reverse scheduling, increased personnel and construction machinery to ensure the completion of the 12.30 target task.

Hardship forges strength. The cadres and employees of the project department have demonstrated the spirit of the plateau iron army—"enduring hardship, capable of fighting, dedicated to service, daring to fight tough battles, good at fighting tough battles, and capable of winning tough battles"—through their perseverance in the cold night. Let's applaud these sincere, honest, respectable, and lovely people! [Tibet Julong Project/Zhai Silong]
