Company functional departments provide on-site support to projects during holidays

From April 29th to May 3rd, during the Labor Day holiday, the company's functional departments went to various construction sites to provide support. Combining the daily work of various functional departments, they conducted in-depth exchanges with front-line cadres and employees, working together to ensure production and welcoming Labor Day with practical actions.

The company's safety director and production management department inspected the safety, quality, and progress management of the Yunnan Jianglin Group Co., Ltd.'s miscellaneous installation project. They also demanded that the project strictly adhere to the safety red lines and bottom lines, strengthen risk awareness, and effectively implement the company's management systems such as "one post, two responsibilities," "double confirmation, double supervision," "post-shift meetings," and the "three-inspection quality system." This ensures that problems and hidden dangers are identified and eliminated promptly. They also worked on the commissioning and completion planning of the power generation project to ensure the smooth completion of target node tasks, strictly controlling the construction quality, and striving to create high-quality projects.

The Party Committee Department provided support to the electromechanical project of the first contract section of the Yunnan Miyu Expressway project through talks and on-site guidance.

The manager's office and legal affairs department went to the Qujing Economic Development Zone's annual production of 20GW high-efficiency cells and 10GW high-efficiency components standard factory buildings and supporting infrastructure construction project and the Qujing City Zhayixian Provincial Industrial Park water supply project to provide administrative and legal business reminders and support. They assisted the project department in establishing project department seal ledger and incoming and outgoing document ledger, building an incoming and outgoing document flow process, guiding the project department's document clerk in ledger document number management, and issuing business reminder letters regarding precautions for various aspects of work; they provided training to relevant personnel of the project department on aspects such as document filing, seal management, incoming and outgoing document management, meeting management, public vehicle management, and official document layout, and also gave a detailed explanation of the prohibited matters in seal management.

The trade union provided support to the Yunnan Green Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park water supply project. They carefully checked the project department's data ledger, residence construction, employee activity area, employee dormitories, and canteen, etc., and on the evening of May 2nd, prepared dinner with the staff in the project department canteen for the front-line workers.

The company's discipline inspection and supervision department inspected the implementation of the company's project management manual at the Lijiang Ancient City to Ninglang Expressway construction power supply project, focusing on analyzing and explaining the integrity risk points and preventive measures in the project management process.

The safety supervision and management department went to the Qujing Economic Development Zone's annual production of 20GW high-efficiency cells and 10GW high-efficiency components standard factory buildings and supporting infrastructure construction project to conduct support checks and safety training.

The finance department went to the Qujing City Zhayixian Provincial Industrial Park water supply project and conducted an on-site inspection with the on-site personnel.

The technology center went to the Qujing Economic Development Zone's annual production of 20GW high-efficiency cells and 10GW high-efficiency components standard factory buildings and supporting infrastructure construction project and the Yunnan Shengbihe New Materials Co., Ltd. tank and main body supporting pressure pipeline installation project to provide support and collaborative work. They focused on the preparation and collection of technical data at the construction site, the quality of on-site ductwork, hidden dangers in the installation of PP ducts, pipeline installation, welding management, and the establishment of B/C-level topics. They also provided briefings and explanations on welding management, including the borrowing of welding process qualification reports, the preparation of special welding plans, technical briefings at all levels, entrance examinations for welders, and welder management; they conducted technical research on tank fabrication, weld seams, and the control of the smoothness of the tank interior; they provided training on the quality certificates, quality control data, and quality assurance data that need to be generated at the project site; and they put forward relevant requirements for the protection of finished and semi-finished products.

The contract and budget department provided on-site support to the Qujing Jinguang Phase III Project and the Xinping Pingzhang Township Suoshan Forest-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Station project, and assisted the project department in carrying out project completion settlement coordination work with five owners, including Qujing Defang Nano Company.

The human resources department went to the supporting traffic safety, electromechanical, and fire protection and three major system projects of the Binchuan to Heqing Expressway construction project. They disseminated the "Project Human Resources and Real-Name Management Guidance Manual" compiled by the human resources department to relevant management personnel of the project, and conducted a comprehensive review and guidance on project department management personnel allocation, responsibilities, training plans, real-name system construction, real-name entry and exit management of construction workers, wage payment management, and data filing management.

The equipment and materials management center went to Chuxiong Dianzhong Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. 2022 annual centralized overhaul equipment miscellaneous repair project to provide on-site support.

The audit department went to Yunnan Shengbihe New Materials Co., Ltd. 12 tanks and the installation project of supporting pressure pipelines, from the perspective of audit compliance management, exchanged experiences with the project manager on on-site data collection and filing management, and assisted on-site management personnel in data sorting and filing.

The information center provided support to the Tibet Julong Mining project and the Chuxiong Ring Expressway project regarding the implementation of smart construction sites and on-site process control.

The comprehensive service center inspected the canteen hygiene, disinfection, sample retention system, dormitories, and office area hygiene of the Yiliang County old residential area renovation supporting access facilities construction project and the Yiliang County Second People's Hospital construction project, helping the project improve the overall environment of the construction site's staff living area and office area, strengthening food hygiene and safety in the canteen, and effectively ensuring the living needs of the project department's staff.
