The company's trade union organized a team-building activity with the theme of "Women's achievements in the new era, a bright future ahead" to celebrate International Women's Day.

To further enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of the trade union organization, and to truly increase the happiness and sense of belonging of female employees, On March 10, the company's trade union organized female employees to visit the Yunnan Guo Yi Flower Valley Baozhu Pear Cultural Tourism Area for a team-building activity themed "Women Building a New Era, Living Up to the Spring and Looking to the Future." A total of 135 female employees, including family members of employees from overseas and Tibet projects, participated in this activity.

The activities included three projects: green space team building, brisk walking, and intangible cultural heritage craft making. Everyone walked through the park in pairs, breathing fresh air, laughing and chatting along the way, taking beautiful photos, making meaningful handicrafts, and sharing their joy, perfectly interpreting "Life is not just about the immediate struggles, but also about poetry and the distance." This context also reflects that work is not limited to the two points of the unit and home, but also includes joyful team outdoor activities. The female employees formed a tacit understanding and drew closer to each other amidst the laughter and joy.

Through this activity, not only was the spiritual and cultural life of the female employees enriched, and the pressure of tense and busy work relieved, but also mutual understanding was enhanced, and a positive and optimistic attitude towards life was cultivated.
