Recently, the company has continuously received good news about winning bids, successively winning bids for 6 projects, with a total winning bid amount of 33,967.48 million yuan.

I. Mengniu (Xiaobaihu) Farm Construction Project Package 3 was awarded the bid on October 11, 2022, with a bid amount of 4,312.50 million yuan and a total project duration of 60 days. The land area is 509.8 mu, with a construction area of 82,560 ㎡. A new dairy farm for 5,000 cows will be built. The main construction content includes milking cow sheds, calf sheds, growing cow sheds, calving sheds, isolation cow sheds, silage pits, hay sheds, water pools, and standardized milking parlors, etc. This project includes on-site earthwork balancing, ground improvement by dynamic compaction, construction of new milking cow sheds, construction of rainwater collection pools, and retaining wall projects.

II. Yunnan Duobao Cable Group Co., Ltd. Power New Materials Equipment Industry Cluster Science and Technology Park Project Package 1 was awarded the bid on October 21, 2022, with a bid amount of 15,513.46 million yuan and a total project duration of 365 days.

III. Yunnan Duobao Cable Group Co., Ltd. Power New Materials Equipment Industry Cluster Science and Technology Park Project Package 2 was awarded the bid on October 21, 2022, with a bid amount of 5,311.61 million yuan and a total project duration of 365 days.

IV. Yunnan Duobao Cable Group Co., Ltd. Power New Materials Equipment Industry Cluster Science and Technology Park Project Package 3 was awarded the bid on October 21, 2022, with a bid amount of 6,818.11 million yuan and a total project duration of 365 days.

The total construction area of the three packages of this project is 195,455.77 ㎡, the total construction land area is 135,945.26 ㎡, the plot ratio is 1.94, the above-ground construction area is 189,898.32 ㎡, and the underground construction area is 6,157.45 ㎡.

V. Yunnan Qujing Regional Medical Center Construction Project Medical Gas Engineering Package 2 (Tumor Hospital) (Consortium 1) was awarded the bid on October 29, 2022, with a bid amount of 17,111.80 million yuan and a total project duration of 60 days. The main construction content of this project includes, but is not limited to, the detailed design of medical gas engineering, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, insurance, loading and unloading, warehousing, on-site installation, equipment hoisting, inspection, commissioning, trial operation, acceptance, and after-sales maintenance.

VI. Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Airport Area) Fire Protection Renovation Project was awarded the bid on October 31, 2022, with a bid amount of 3.00 million yuan, a total project duration of 60 days, and a total construction area of approximately 126,424.28 ㎡. The fire protection renovation work includes, but is not limited to, rectification and restoration of problems with the fire protection systems and equipment facilities in the service center, inspection center, warehouses 1, 3, and 5, and the inspection and processing area.
