On the morning of November 12, the Group's Party Committee officially opened a training class for newly appointed middle-level cadres to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Chen Zujun, Secretary of the Group's Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered a mobilization speech and gave a special lecture at the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Chen Wenshuang, Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union.

In his mobilization speech, Chen Zujun pointed out that studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the primary political task of the entire Party and the entire country in the current period and for some time to come. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for upholding the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, strengthening confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture, and uniting and striving for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Chen Zujun emphasized that middle-level cadres are an important driving force for the Group's reform and development, and are the implementers and promoters of the Group's various strategies and deployments. Chen Zujun conveyed the spirit of the symposium on strengthening Party building to promote the reform and development of provincial state-owned enterprises held by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, interpreted the key content of the "Action Plan for Strengthening Party Building to Promote the Reform and Development of Provincial State-Owned Enterprises," and made arrangements and deployments for its implementation. At the end of the opening ceremony, Chen Zujun gave a special lecture entitled "Thoroughly Studying, Publicising, and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Strive to Become New-Era Cadres Who Bravely Shoulder Heavy Responsibilities and Are Up to the Task Strive to Promote the Group's High-Quality Development in an In-depth Manner" and put forward five requirements for thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and how to be a good cadre in the new era:

First, we must grasp the essence and significance, thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and ensure that our thoughts and actions are unified with the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments. We must deeply understand the significant and far-reaching significance of studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively study, comprehensively grasp, and comprehensively implement it, and put the major decisions and deployments made by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into the specific actions of promoting the Group's high-quality development in an in-depth manner, so that the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will take root and bear fruit in the Group.
