On October 4th, Cui Yongzhi, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the company, went to the Sixth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the 600,000-ton pulp and 2.4 million-ton high-grade packaging paper integrated pulp and paper project of Jiulong Paper (Hubei) Co., Ltd., and on behalf of the company, extended festival greetings to the employees who stayed at the project site during the National Day holiday.

At the project site, Cui Yongzhi first learned in detail about the safety, production, and progress of various unit projects and sub-projects, then inspected the chemical pulp workshop, evaporation workshop, caustication workshop, and other sections, and affirmed the achievements of the project.

In combination with the actual situation of the project, Cui Yongzhi required: First, we must earnestly implement safety production “One post, two responsibilities” requirements, ensure the safety production work in the project completion phase, and ensure that the project schedule goals are completed on schedule safely and efficiently; Second, before foreign experts arrive at the factory for joint commissioning, the technical leaders of each specialty in the project department should carefully review the completion of the design drawings. As the construction unit, we should prepare for the “three checks and four determinations” in advance to ensure that the pulp is successfully produced the first time; Third, this project has cultivated and trained a group of industrial workers. The project department should do a good job in publicity, leading by example, encouraging and supporting the healthy growth of the company's industrial workforce; Fourth, we must strictly control the prevention and control of the project without relaxation, and in accordance with the requirements of the local epidemic prevention and control department and the company's normalized epidemic prevention and control, continue to do a good job in various epidemic prevention and control work; Fifth, all employees of the project department should establish the ideological awareness of “those who travel a hundred miles are halfway there”, summarize the project experience, and greet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with excellent results.
