On the morning of May 31, the Group Trade Union held a psychology lecture hall themed "New Era, New Mindset" in the An'er Company Comprehensive Report Hall. The lecture specially invited Professor Zhao Jianxin, a renowned psychologist from Yunnan Province, vice president of the Yunnan Psychological Society, and professor at Yunnan Normal University, to give a lecture. More than 70 cadres and employees from various secondary units under the Group attended the meeting, which was presided over by Zhao Yanbo, the deputy chairman of the Group Trade Union, women's director, and director of the Trade Union Office.

Professor Zhao Jianxin used "Is life happy or not?" as a guide, and gave a detailed explanation of the main characteristics, identification methods, psychological treatment, and adjustment of "fashionable" psychological problems in the new era, such as depression and anxiety, combining practical case studies to provide a comprehensive physical and mental health "check-up" for all employees.

During the two-hour lecture, applause rang out continuously. Professor Zhao Jianxin used vivid, lively, and humorous language to help the participating employees deepen their understanding of mental health in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, learning how to accept emotions, adjust thoughts, and relax their minds, thus facing life and work with a positive and upward attitude.
