From December 21st to 22nd, Cui Yongzhi, the Party Committee Vice Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the company, conducted a field investigation of the Qiaojia section project of the Eighth Engineering Project Department.

On the 21st, Cui Yongzhi participated in a meeting of the Qiaojia County Government's relocation command center on the progress of housing and municipal projects, and conducted a comprehensive investigation of the remaining work and current status of the relocation project undertaken by the company in Qiaojia. Currently, the Qiaojia relocation project of the Eighth Engineering Department has been fully completed, and some construction contents have been successively accepted for completion. The total contract amount signed for the project is 445 million yuan, and the process audit amount is 401 million yuan.

On the 22nd, Cui Yongzhi successively conducted on-site inspections of the Laidian Town and Menggu Town sewage treatment plants in the Qiaojia County human settlement environment improvement PPP project, and put forward suggestions for rectification of safety hazards and other problems existing at the construction site.

Through the project investigation, Cui Yongzhi emphasized: First, accelerate the completion of the work involved in the contract of the relocation project, promote the completion acceptance of the project, and create favorable conditions for project collection; second, for the newly added work content proposed by the government and relevant departments, it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination with the command center, and implementation can only be carried out after clear instructions are given, effectively avoiding risks in the settlement and collection process; third, for the sewage treatment plant project whose contract has not yet been signed, it is necessary to strengthen the docking with the general contractor, continuously improve the contract and bidding procedures, and promote the project collection work to alleviate the financial pressure of the engineering department; fourth, strictly implement safety responsibility measures, strengthen the control of process safety risks and hazards, carry out solid safety hazard investigation and governance, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
