The Group attended the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council's report on the study and implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC.

On the morning of December 2, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council held a national propaganda report meeting to study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Jiang Jinquan, a member of the Central Propaganda Group and director of the Central Policy Research Office, delivered the report.

The meeting was held via video conference. The Yunnan Provincial SASAC set up a sub-venue, and the Group set up a video conference venue simultaneously. The members of the Group's leadership team who were at home listened attentively to the report.

At the report meeting, Jiang Jinquan gave an in-depth interpretation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, profoundly explaining the significance of the resolution adopted at the plenary session, from "Ten Points of Clarification," "Five Profound Understandings," "Four Historical Periods," "Three Theoretical Leaps," "Two Establishments," "The Great Founding Spirit," as well as the historic achievements and transformations made in the new era, profoundly summarizing the historical significance and historical experience of the Party's centenary struggle, explaining the major historical significance of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and expounding the Party's centenary struggle's original aspiration and mission, major achievements, historical experience, and the important requirements of learning from history and creating the future.

Participants said that the report was strong in terms of its ideological nature, pertinence, and guidance, further deepening their understanding and grasp of the spirit of the plenary session. Going forward, they should maintain confidence, continue to strive, and constantly transform the spirit of the plenary session into the driving force for undertaking and starting a business, thus walking well the path of the new era's examination.

SASAC organs, central enterprises, local SASACs, local state-owned enterprises, and party and government cadres and employees at all levels, approximately 350,000 people, participated in the report meeting at the main venue in Beijing and various video sub-venues.
