The Shigongbu Cloud Scene Technical Transformation Project has successfully passed the pre-acceptance inspection.

On September 1, the construction and installation and commissioning of the Yun Jing Technical Improvement Project, in which the Tenth Engineering Project participated, successfully passed the completion pre-acceptance organized by the project owner, Yun Jing Lin Paper Co., Ltd., and received unanimous praise from the owner and general contractor.

The Yun Jing Technical Improvement Project added one digester system to the No. 2 pulp workshop. The project mainly uses Valmet's latest steam cooking technology. Based on the existing digester production line, it adds a 250m³ digester of the same specification and supporting equipment, forming a new digester system with three old digesters. This improves the pulp viscosity, reduces alkali and bleaching agent usage, and improves digesting efficiency. Simultaneously, the annual pulp production increases by 15,000 tons, ultimately achieving the goal of improving quality and efficiency.

The pre-acceptance working group first conducted on-site inspections of the civil works and equipment foundations, digester frame steel structure, digester auxiliary pressure pipelines, pump equipment installation, screw equipment modification, and the construction content of automatic control instruments, electricity, and thermal insulation. A pre-acceptance meeting was then held.

At the meeting, the pre-acceptance working group fully affirmed the project's production effect and highly praised the company's construction level. To ensure the project smoothly enters the final stage, the project department will carefully complete the follow-up local deficiency rectification work and strive to complete the handover of project entities and materials as soon as possible.
