Sun Jinyao inspected and guided the work of the Ba Gongbu Ludian project

On August 11, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, went to the Eighth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the Ludian County City Ring Road PPP Project - F section.

Sun Jinyao and his team first went to the construction site for inspection, where they learned in detail about the project's progress and financial status, and held a project meeting on site.

Based on the project inspection, Sun Jinyao made the following requirements:

First, the project department should strengthen safety management and standardized management, earnestly organize front-line construction management personnel to study the new Safety Production Law, urge all staff to conscientiously fulfill their safety responsibilities, strictly implement the "one post, two responsibilities" system, and ensure that the "three managements and three musts" are in place;

Second, strengthen material management, strictly follow the company's relevant management regulations to standardize material management, strengthen the sense of responsibility of material personnel, and avoid unnecessary losses due to management negligence;

Third, strictly implement project informatization management, fully promote the application of various modules of the DingTalk system, and earnestly implement the real-name registration management system for rural workers, strengthening the management of the entry and exit of rural workers on site;

Fourth, strengthen quality management, adhere to the bottom line of quality, promote production through quality, promote operation through production, establish a good corporate image, and create a high-quality corporate brand;

Fifth, strengthen epidemic prevention and control work, effectively improve the prevention and control awareness of project management personnel, do a good job in daily protection work, and achieve effective control across the board;

Sixth, strengthen talent cultivation, earnestly implement the relevant work of "master-apprentice", actively care for, love, and help young employees, so that young employees can quickly grow into excellent talents who can shoulder heavy responsibilities, be competent for heavy tasks, and be at the forefront.

After the meeting, Sun Jinyao had a cordial conversation with the project management personnel, learned in detail about the work and living conditions of new employees, carefully answered questions raised by employees, and shared valuable experience in project team building.
