Finance Department holds a meeting with new and old employees

On the afternoon of August 11, the company's finance department held a meeting between new and veteran employees. Zhang Yuling, the chief financial officer, attended the meeting, along with department managers, new employees, and some veteran employees.

At the meeting, new and veteran employees gathered together. Two new employees gave self-introductions and shared their experiences from their onboarding training, as well as their future aspirations and work goals. Department leaders and veteran employees attending the meeting shared their experiences, focusing on cultivating a sense of corporate cultural identity, quickly transitioning into roles and integrating into work, strengthening the learning of company regulations, and developing a positive work attitude.

Zhang Yuling offered several points of advice to the new employees: First, to elevate their thinking and correctly understand their positions, having a clear career plan; second, to maintain a serious and responsible attitude in their work and perform their duties well; and third, to have resilience in their work, daring to face difficulties, bravely challenging difficulties, skillfully resolving difficulties, and shining in their new positions.
