To fully leverage the "passing on, assisting, and guiding" role of the company's core production and technical personnel, and to help and guide new employees to quickly improve their thinking and business skills, complete their role transition, and integrate into the company's development, the Metal Structure Processing Center held a "master-apprentice" signing ceremony on August 11.

Regarding how to better enable new employees to understand the department, quickly transition roles, and adapt to their work positions, the department's leadership has been exploring more effective methods. Combining the department's characteristics, the Metal Structure Processing Center first allows new employees to go to the production workshop to learn about the situation with the team, and then assigns them corresponding mentors. This allows them to quickly become familiar with their colleagues and also allows them to understand and master the production process, and become familiar with equipment operation and maintenance during production.

Before the signing ceremony, the department's leadership explained the purpose and necessity of the "master-apprentice" program and required new employees to have a hardworking and persevering spirit, to quickly adapt to the environment, integrate into the team, and practice the group's common behavioral principles of "loving their jobs, cherishing their positions, being honest and trustworthy, and operating legally." They should work diligently and strive to become independent as soon as possible. At the same time, mentors should set a good example and provide assistance and support to their apprentices in both work and life, and do a good job of "passing on, assisting, and guiding".

The signing ceremony represents a new bond between "new employees" and "experienced workers," and it is also a transmission of knowledge and skills.
