In any field of study, there is always a teacher. Regarding how to better enable new employees to understand the department, quickly transition roles, and adapt to their work positions, the department's leadership has been exploring more effective methods. Combining the department's characteristics, the Metal Structure Processing Center first allows new employees to go to the production workshop to learn about the situation with the team, and then assigns them corresponding mentors.
