Seven ministries held a "master-apprentice" apprenticeship ceremony

On August 9th, the Seventh Engineering Project Department held a "master-apprentice" apprenticeship ceremony at the Luliang County Intelligent Environmental Protection Multi-functional Building Materials Project. All project management personnel attended the ceremony.

The master-apprentice system is a method of cultivating new employees, allowing them to integrate into the company faster and better, keeping pace with the engineering department's management team, and contributing to the sustainable development of the department's talent.

A total of three "master-apprentice" agreements were signed at this ceremony. The department's leadership team comprehensively analyzed the new employees' graduating schools and majors, and combined with their personal development wishes, selected three employees with strong work abilities and specialized skills from the Luliang County Intelligent Environmental Protection Multi-functional Building Materials Project to serve as mentors. During the ceremony, the apprentices presented tea to their mentors and performed the apprenticeship ceremony. The mentors advised the apprentices not to be half-hearted in their work, to be attentive to everything, to improve their learning initiative, to ask questions when they don't understand, and to cultivate the habit of completing tasks the same day.
