On the morning of July 19, the company grandly held the 2021 New Employee Entry Ceremony. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, gave the first lesson for new employees on the company's introduction, corporate culture, and future development prospects. Gu Yongmao extended a warm welcome to the new employees, introduced the company's 63-year development history, the completion of the goals and tasks during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and the achievements made by the company. He also shared his work experience and insights, and put forward three expectations:
First, never forget the original intention, be an aspiring youth who dares to pursue dreams. Remember the mission of state-owned enterprises, be ambitious and down-to-earth. As a member of state-owned enterprises, An Er Si has shouldered the important mission entrusted by the Party and the state since its establishment, with the cultural gene of "national major issues." To some extent, this is the original intention and mission of our company. Coming to An Er Si and becoming a glorious employee of a state-owned enterprise means choosing such a mission and responsibility.
Second, strive for excellence, be a self-reliant and promising youth. First, persist in learning and cultivate professional ethics; second, improve planning and set development goals; third, integrate knowledge and action, be willing to do and be able to achieve.

Cui Yongzhi shared with the new employees from aspects of the company's development history, the kind of talents the company needs, the four guarantees, one control, and one tree management requirements of the project, the implementation of the "Project Target Risk Mortgage Management Implementation Measures," and the necessary information tools for work—DingTalk. From the perspective of a veteran employee, Sun Jinyao lectured on personal career experience: First, settle down and adapt; as a new employee, one should settle down, humbly learn, lay a solid foundation, and quickly adapt to the company's new environment. Learn to think proactively, actively go to the grassroots level for training, continuously improve one's own quality and ability in practice, work down-to-earth, and continuously carry forward the spirit of the plateau iron army who are not afraid of hardship and difficulties; Third, in the new environment, constantly hone one's character, temper one's will, and cultivate the spirit of perseverance and courage to take responsibility.
Sun Jinyao put forward three hopes for new employees: First, quickly adapt to new work positions, strictly abide by various regulations and disciplines of integrity in employment, and continuously strengthen the study of political theory to build a strong ideological defense line. On July 23, the company organized new employees to visit the Yunnan Provincial Museum and view the Yunnan Provincial Exhibition Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China. The exhibition showcased over 350 sets of cultural relics, totaling over 1000 items. In addition to the Yunnan Provincial Museum's collection, it also included cultural relics and exhibits from across the province. Precious artifacts such as Nie Er's manuscript of "Mining Song," the camera and flute he used, and the manuscript of the film "Five Golden Flowers" were exhibited for the first time.
In just over an hour at the Provincial Museum, we saw the works, appreciated the history, and felt the revolutionary spirit.
