To ensure proper conduct and discipline during important company holidays, since June 8th, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission has continuously organized and carried out internal supervision and inspection work. This inspection, mainly focusing on the arrangements and key tasks of the "Company's Implementation Plan for Open and Secret Inspections During Holidays," was conducted in three phases, using a combination of focused open inspections and random secret inspections.

From June 8th to 9th, a joint team composed of the company's Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office and the Manager's Office inspected the Alibaba Business Travel monthly bills and details from March to May 2021 for all the company's grassroots units. The inspection focused on whether there were any violations such as using transportation or accommodation exceeding standards, and whether there were any violations of the company's "Notice on Regulating Business Trips and Reimbursement".
From June 11th to 15th, the company's Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office conducted a spot check on the management of official vehicles and the rectification of problems based on the feedback from the internal and group cross-inspection teams during the "May Day" holiday and the requirements of the company's "5.8" special warning education meeting.
From June 21st to 22nd, a joint team composed of the company's Finance Department, Audit Department, and Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office inspected the financial vouchers and documents of three grassroots units since 2021. The inspection focused on whether there were any issues such as false reporting or overreporting of domestic travel and meal subsidies, and city transportation subsidies; illegal reimbursement of private car fuel costs, tolls, repair costs, and maintenance costs; or using private cars for public purposes, reimbursing expenses exceeding standards or scope, business reception, meeting activities, illegally issuing allowances under private names, exceeding standards or regulations in issuing performance and job wages.
No violations of discipline or law were found during the process. Work reminders were promptly issued to grassroots units that were not strict or standardized in enforcing company regulations, and they were given a deadline to complete the rectification. Next, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission will issue a timely report on the inspection results, and the open and secret inspections during holidays will continue to be carried out. The system and mechanism for preventing corruption will be comprehensively promoted, providing style guarantees and disciplinary guarantees for the high-quality development of the company.
