Yan Xueguang inspected and guided the work of the Zhaotong area project in the Eighth Construction Department

On June 2, Yan Xueguang, the company's vice general manager, went to the Zhaotong area project of the Eighth Engineering Department for inspection and guidance.

Yan Xueguang successively inspected the construction sites of the Ludian County City Ring Road PPP project, the Yiliang County Education Infrastructure Construction PPP project - Vocational and Technical Senior High School project, and the Yiliang County Second People's Hospital construction project. He learned about the project progress, material supply, and safety management from the on-site management personnel.

Based on the actual on-site situation, Yan Xueguang put forward the following requirements: First, strictly control the details of indoor construction. Although it is the rush period, it is necessary to ensure both quality and progress, and not blindly pursue progress while ignoring quality; second, with the arrival of the flood season, outdoor construction must ensure safety, especially the section where construction cables are buried, safety briefings must be conducted to avoid cutting off construction cables; third, reasonably plan the stacking of materials on site to avoid material waste; fourth, project management personnel should promptly sort out the work content, grasp the project dynamics, and have a clear understanding of the project implementation.
