The company has passed the audit and recognition of the "Standardized Management Demonstration Unit of Archival Work" by the Provincial Archives Bureau.

On the morning of June 4th, a five-person expert review team for standardized archive management, led by the Yunnan Provincial Archives Bureau, conducted an on-site audit of the company's archive management to determine its eligibility as a demonstration unit for standardized management. Zhao Xinyu, Director of the Second Division of Business Guidance at the Yunnan Provincial Archives Bureau, and Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the company, attended the meeting, along with heads of relevant functional departments and full-time and part-time archivists.

At the meeting, the expert review team gave high praise and full affirmation to the company's standardized archive management, believing that the company's standardization level is high, its basic management is solid, its archive materials are complete, and its supporting mechanisms and measures are comprehensive and effective.

Zhao Xinyu made three requests for the company's future archive work: First, continue to implement the "Archives Law," strengthen the awareness of archive management among all staff, and ensure the storage of archive resources; second, continue to improve the construction of the archive database, strengthen the full informatization management of various types of archives, increase the in-depth development and utilization of archive information resources, showcase corporate achievements in multiple ways, and improve the utilization value of stored archives; third, continue to promote standardized archive management, strictly follow relevant requirements to continuously consolidate archive resource management, and further improve the level of archive management.

Cui Yongzhi welcomed and thanked the experts from the review team for their visit and guidance, and stated that the company will carefully address the issues and opinions raised by the review experts. First, refine measures, clarify responsibilities, and ensure that the rectification is effective. Second, take this "demonstration unit for standardized archive management" recognition as an opportunity to continuously improve and enhance the level of standardized archive management, laying a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development.

The expert review team strictly followed the "Yunnan Province Enterprise and Institutional Archives Work Standardization Management Review Standard", and conducted item-by-item evaluations of the company's archive standardization work through listening, viewing, checking, and discussion. Finally, the review team unanimously agreed that Yunnan JianTou Second Installation Engineering Co., Ltd.'s archive work meets the demonstration standards for standardized management of enterprise and institutional archives in Yunnan Province. The successful review and recognition marks a significant milestone in the company's three-year standardized archive management work.
