Yang Pengyong and Sun Jinyao went deep into the construction site, carefully listened to the project manager's introduction of the project's progress, and learned in detail about the project's construction progress, quality and safety, the entry of the labor force, material supply, cost control, and the problems currently faced. They also conducted on-site inspections of the completion of construction nodes, quality technology, and safety protection measures at the project site.

At the inspection meeting, Sun Jinyao emphasized: First, strengthen construction planning and coordinate the solution of urgent problems such as personnel and materials. Second, strengthen responsibility implementation, refine node targets, reverse schedule, clarify time nodes and responsible persons, and seize project progress.
