The Jinjiagong Xiangli project management department receives commendation from the Luqiao general contracting department

Recently, at the 2021 annual safety work conference and 2020 advanced safety management commendation meeting held by the general contracting department of road and bridge construction, the Xiangli project management department of the metal structure processing center was awarded the honorary commendation of "Excellent Work Area Project Management Department" in 2020.

Since the commencement of the project, the Xiangli project of the metal structure processing center has mainly undertaken the construction of Xiangli Expressway traffic safety facilities, gas stations, toll stations, steel arch frames, and grouting small guide pipes. In the process of project implementation, in order to effectively implement the spirit of the Xiangli Expressway project promotion meeting of the general contracting department's "full connectivity" project, the Xiangli project management department closely focused on the project's opening-to-traffic node target, implemented and ensured the management of the Xiangli Expressway project, combined with the actual situation of the work area, and formulated a series of management systems and assessment and reward and punishment methods to encourage and promote all project participants to strive to achieve management goals in terms of quality, safety, progress, and integrity, effectively promoting the project construction work.

2020 was an extremely busy year for the Xiangli project management department, requiring the completion of construction work for the Chongjiang River toll station, Longpan toll station, Xionggu toll station, Baihanchang gas station, and Xiaozhongdian gas station, as well as part of the traffic safety facilities construction work. Tight construction deadlines, great pressure, and harsh weather conditions were issues that the project management department had to face. Based on the actual situation, the project management department led everyone to strictly follow their respective divisions of labor, taking responsibility for their respective areas, ensuring that all work was completed correctly the first time. During the construction, everyone often stayed at the project site until late at night or even stayed overnight. Through the perseverance and dedication of all personnel, the Xiangli project's "1230" time node opening-to-traffic task was successfully completed, achieving excellent results in the "120-day battle." In January 2021, the construction of several other gas stations was successfully completed within the time node, receiving unanimous praise from the superior units. The members of the project management department dared to take on the most arduous tasks and were at the forefront during the most critical moments. They abided by organizational discipline, obeyed work arrangements, worked hard, and charged ahead, completing tasks safely and efficiently, contributing their strength and wisdom to overcoming engineering challenges and effectively promoting project construction work. In 2021, the Xiangli project management department will continue to strive for excellence and complete various construction tasks with high quality.
