Six employees of the company won the honorary title of "Advanced Individual" in the provincial demonstration labor competition.

Recently, it was learned from the "Notice of the Lijiang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions on Commendation of Advanced Individuals in the Labor Competition of the Lijiang Chenghai Basin Ecological Comprehensive Governance Water Conservancy Emergency Water Supply Project" (Lijiang Federation of Trade Unions [2020] No. 3) that six employees of the company, Chen Keqiang, Zhang Lei, Wang Yao, Zhu Jun, Li Jun, and Li Bo, won the title of "Advanced Individual" in the provincial demonstration labor competition.

This labor competition was hosted by the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, undertaken by the Yunnan Construction Investment Group Trade Union and the Lijiang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and co-organized by the Yunnan Urban and Rural Investment Trade Union, the Third Construction General Contracting Department Trade Union of Yunnan Construction, and the Yongsheng County Federation of Trade Unions. The aim was to commend a group of advanced collectives and individuals who emerged in the labor competition around the theme of "Being a good master, contributing to a new era—Showcasing the style of Construction Investment, resolutely winning the battle to build the Chenghai ecological comprehensive governance water conservancy emergency water supply project in Yongsheng County." A total of 25 individuals from 7 units received commendations.

Since the start of the project, all employees of the company's Yongsheng Chenghai project department have stayed on the front line, working day and night, creating a good atmosphere of "comparison, learning, catching up, and surpassing" in the project. They have used their actions to interpret the spirit of the "Plateau Iron Army," which is characterized by exceptional endurance, fighting spirit, dedication, courage in fighting tough battles, skill in fighting difficult battles, and the ability to win battles. The employees of the Chenghai project department will take this commendation as a new starting point, remain humble and strive for greater achievements in ongoing projects, further establish a good image, and strive for more honors.
