On December 17-18, Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Manager, and Yang Pengyong, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Manager, went to the Xiangli Expressway project to inspect and guide the work.

At the construction site from Baihanchang to Xiaozhongdian section, Cui Yongzhi listened to the report from the project manager and carefully understood the current construction difficulties of the project, as well as the personnel arrangements, safety and quality, construction progress, and resource allocation and construction measures at the site in cold weather.

Cui Yongzhi emphasized the following arrangements for the next step of the project: First, the project department should continue to do a good job in project safety and quality management, focusing on both safety and quality, especially high-altitude operations, cross-operations, and the "three treasures" of safety. Issues encountered during construction should be implemented and resolved in a timely manner; second, the project department should do a good job in collecting and organizing various construction account data to ensure that while meeting the project schedule, all account data can also be organized before the end, allowing grassroots staff to return home for the New Year with peace of mind; third, it is necessary to follow the pace of the group and strictly implement the group's management requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree", carefully check for safety hazards in the construction process, and do a good job in real-name management of on-site personnel; fourth, we must continue to strive to ensure that in the final sprint stage of "1230", we do a good job in safety and quality management and successfully complete various schedule nodes.
