On the afternoon of December 12, the Third Engineering Project Department organized the 2020 "Master-Apprentice" activity at the Lufeng monocrystalline silicon project site. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Party Secretary and Manager, and Gan Yong, Member of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the event.

At the event, 12 pairs of masters and apprentices solemnly signed their names on the training agreement. This agreement is not only a testament to the master-apprentice relationship, but also symbolizes the inheritance of the spirit of two generations of Er'an people. Each pair of masters and apprentices, holding the agreement, were full of confidence and expectation, expressing their determination to learn and progress together, and to continue passing on installation skills and the spirit of installation workers.

This year, the Third Engineering Department broadened its thinking and adopted a "dual-mentor" system of "professional mentor + ideological and political mentor." Starting from "practicality," it adopts a year-long on-the-job training program for new employees, following projects and masters. Professional training provides hands-on teaching to enable new employees to quickly master practical work and improve their skills through practice. The clear master-apprentice relationship ensures that new employees can ask questions and receive answers at any time. Each member of the department's leadership team is responsible for 3-5 apprentices, providing guidance in ideology and political oversight, integrating Party building, trade union, and youth league work into the master-apprentice activity to ensure that young employees make rapid progress, grow healthily, develop comprehensively, and become excellent, practical, and versatile talents.

After the apprenticeship ceremony, company leaders, drawing on their own growth experiences, put forward five expectations for young apprentices: being down-to-earth, good at summarizing, integrating knowledge and action, being dedicated and hardworking, and being grateful to the company. They also urged masters to fully utilize the existing human resources such as professional and technical leaders, skilled masters, and skilled craftsmen, through "passing on, helping, guiding, and teaching," to pass on their superb construction skills, good professional ethics, and dedicated work style to their apprentices, truly achieving "passing on ideas, helping with work, and guiding conduct." This will significantly improve the overall quality of the young workforce and enable young employees to truly become the main force in the company's high-quality development!
