On December 8, the Sixth Engineering Project Department's Kunming No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I Upgrading Project successfully passed its preliminary acceptance. Participating units included Kunming Dianchi Investment Co., Ltd. (owner), Beijing Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Yunnan Urban Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., and Kunming Municipal Quality and Safety Supervision Station.

Representatives from the participating units conducted on-site inspections and acceptance of the construction quality of the No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I upgrading project. They also inspected the project's technical documentation and listened to a report on the project's construction organization and management. The project has now completed single-machine and integrated commissioning and trial operation, meeting the conditions for preliminary acceptance. All participating units unanimously agreed that the Kunming No. 13 Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I upgrading project passed the preliminary acceptance on the first attempt.
The project department earnestly implemented the spirit of the group's mobilization and deployment meeting, "Riding the momentum, a 120-day battle to ensure the over-fulfillment of annual targets." Through unified deployment by the project department, combined with the key construction difficulties, the project optimized construction procedures, worked overtime, and completed all equipment installation, process pipeline installation, electrical and instrumentation installation, civil construction, single-machine testing, and integrated commissioning. The project is currently undergoing system trial operation.
