On December 4, Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and manager, went to the Lufeng monocrystalline silicon phase III project of the Third Engineering Department for guidance, accompanied by Shi Xuhui, the company's assistant manager and manager of the Third Engineering Department.

Lufeng monocrystalline silicon phase III project covers an area of 97130㎡. The Third Engineering Department's construction scope includes workshops 302, 303, the 304 comprehensive building, and the 305 grooving workshop. The construction within the workshops includes installation projects such as power process pipelines, high and low voltage distribution systems, automatic control instrument systems, fire protection systems, electrical lighting systems, ventilation and exhaust systems, air conditioning water systems, and water supply and drainage systems. Cui Yongzhi focused on inspecting the construction of workshops 302 and 303 and the 304 comprehensive building. In each workshop, he inquired in detail about the project progress, the arrival of materials and equipment, and personnel organization arrangements.

Cui Yongzhi required that, firstly, the project site's safety production work must be strictly controlled. The project department should focus on the group's “Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree” implementation rules to conduct a thorough investigation of safety hazards during project construction, and ensure that newly hired personnel are registered in the DingTalk system; secondly, appropriate construction machinery should be added in a timely manner, and the construction machinery at various locations should be reasonably allocated; thirdly, all management personnel of the project department should further enhance their awareness, unite their thoughts, overcome difficulties, work closely together, and ensure that various construction node targets are completed on schedule.
