Wang Xiaofang delivers a lecture on "Promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and high-quality development of the group"

On October 29, Wang Xiaofang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, gave a lecture to the sixth branch of the group's headquarters and the cadres and employees of the departments and units under his charge, with the theme of "Promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and promoting high-quality development of the group."

Combining his own learning and growth experience and recent study and training at Zhejiang University, Wang Xiaofang shared his thoughts on the spirit of entrepreneurship, namely, constantly strengthening political ideological consciousness and improving organizational capabilities, while also relying on professional knowledge and abilities, actively devoting more time and energy to learning new concepts and knowledge.

Wang Xiaofang urged cadres and employees to: First, learn the law, know the rules, be able to follow the rules and regulations, do not cross the bottom line, do not cross the red line, and address all problems early and promptly. Second, spend time and energy on learning, especially young cadres and employees, must constantly master professional knowledge through extensive learning, fully understand the benefits of learning, constantly update their knowledge reserves, and ensure that their growth rate keeps pace with the development of the enterprise, thereby promoting the high-quality development of the group.
