　　On November 15, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, went to the No. 10 Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the construction of the Mangshi Central Urban Area Integrated Pipe Corridor PPP Phase I project.

　　Sun Jinyao first visited the Mangshi project department's residence, inquiring about the work and living conditions of the project department's frontline employees. Afterwards, he went to the construction site for inspection and learned in detail about the on-site construction situation. Based on the project's actual situation, Sun Jinyao made the following requirements: First, as the project department is located in a border region, epidemic prevention measures must be strictly adhered to, all personnel must enhance their awareness of protection, and enhanced monitoring of newly arrived personnel is necessary; the use of foreign workers is strictly prohibited. Second, the time of material entry must be well-planned, and the project department's waste materials must be disposed of in accordance with the company's regulations, strengthening the recycling of materials and saving production costs. Third, actively respond to the Group's call to "take advantage of the momentum, fight for 120 days, and ensure that the annual target tasks are exceeded," completing all target tasks with practical actions.
