　　The Yunnan Phosphate Group Haikou Phosphate Co., Ltd. white acid plant I-effect flash evaporation chamber lower section replacement project, undertaken by the Sixth Engineering Project Department, has a contract price of over 2 million yuan. The original I-effect flash evaporation chamber has specifications of Φ4500×9000, with an outer cylinder made of 316L material, 8mm thick, and a 2mm thick 904L steel liner. The medium is phosphoric acid, and the installation height is 24 meters. The newly replaced lower section cylinder and pipes are both made of 904L material. The project's overhaul time is 7 days.

　　In order to complete this overhaul task on time, the project management personnel carefully planned and prefabricated the lower section cylinder and pipes in advance. Regarding welding: To prevent carbonization, all bevels were cut and polished using an angle grinder. The welding of the new cylinder and composite plate strictly followed the company's "Welding Process Operation Instructions." All welds were randomly checked by the owner on-site, with 20% undergoing non-destructive testing. The test results were 100% Class I qualified. Regarding hoisting operations: The removal of the old barrel and the hoisting of the new barrel were both carried out using an 80-ton truck crane, strictly following the construction plan. Overcoming the difficulties of production and construction crossover operations, and overcoming the difficulties of narrow hoisting operation sites, the project was successfully put into production on November 8.
