On May 28, Kong Xinghu, member of the Party Committee and vice manager of the company, Guan Yanguang, assistant manager and manager of the Seventh Engineering Department, and his entourage went to the Tangshan Municipal Waste Incineration Power Generation Phase II installation project to conduct research on the early work of the project commencement.
The Tangshan Municipal Waste Incineration Power Generation Phase II installation project is located in Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. This project involves the expansion of one 500t/d mechanical grate incineration boiler and one medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boiler, equipped with one C10MW adjustable extraction condensing steam turbine generator set and a heating substation. This project faces tight deadlines, heavy tasks, and high quality requirements, especially since the large package network frame has been completely enclosed, the construction site is particularly narrow, pre-assembly cannot be carried out, and the hoisting technology requirements are extremely high.
In response to these issues, Kong Xinghu conducted a careful and detailed investigation of the site and made the following requirements: First, the project department should start from "people, machines, materials, methods, and environment", carefully plan, scientifically arrange, and reasonably organize, especially focusing on safety management to ensure the deadlines of various nodes and the overall deadline required by the client. Second, the project department should strive to create high-quality projects, establish a good image for the company, and enhance the brand influence of the group and the company outside the province.

Yang Pengyong and his entourage first came to the Chenghai Water Supply Project, Huangjinwan inverted siphon crossing the national highway G554 location to guide the work of maintaining road traffic, and listened to the report on the maintenance of road traffic and the construction of pipelines in this section. Afterwards, they went to the assembly site of the first-level pontoon pump station for supervision and inspection, guiding the welding quality, temporary power safety prevention and control, and hoisting safety hazard prevention and control during the pontoon assembly process. Finally, they focused on inspecting the Dong'an secondary pump station and the riverside water intake point, and learned in detail about the recent changes in the water level of the Ludilala reservoir area of the Jinsha River and the supply of pipeline equipment in the station.
Yang Pengyong and his entourage required that, firstly, the project department should seize every second in the remaining time, focusing on organizing the foundation of the secondary pump station auxiliary plant, pontoon assembly, national highway G554 crossing, factory steel structure production, riverside anchor pier construction, etc. Secondly, entering the rainy season in summer, we should plan ahead for the project's flood prevention and emergency management. Thirdly, the project department should continue to carry forward the "Tibetan Plateau Iron Army Spirit", continue to implement the company's "five countermeasures and one strengthening" management in place, ensure the safe and orderly advancement of the project, and build a high-quality development path for the company with better results.
Sun Jinyao conducts supervision and inspection work at the Guangna Expressway Electromechanical Project of the Tenth Engineering Department

Sun Jinyao and his entourage followed the completed expressway to inspect the installation effect of bridge frames, lamps, cables and other equipment and facilities in all tunnels along the line, focusing on the personnel organization, construction situation, and work interface of the right side of the Annaga Tunnel. 12 After the on-site inspection, they immediately returned to the project department to hold a project department meeting.
At the meeting, the project manager reported on the personnel allocation, completed construction content, image progress, project payment, labor force team stability maintenance, and the next key tasks. However, it is currently still at the key node for the entire expressway to achieve toll collection. As the project leader in charge of the project, Sun Jinyao required that, firstly, the project department should carefully sort out the existing problems, strengthen coordination services, actively communicate with various participating parties, and accelerate the construction progress. Secondly, management personnel should make plans for the next day's construction based on the dynamic situation on site, and provide guidance on site to provide support for team construction. Thirdly, do a good job in the compilation of completion documents and the settlement work. Fourthly, actively respond to the national 19 th "Safety Production Month" activity, strengthen the atmosphere of safety production publicity and education, and focus on controlling traffic safety, cross-construction safety in tunnels, flood season and electrical safety at the current stage to ensure safety production. Fifthly, strengthen quality supervision and management, use quality to build brands and images, establish the image of the Tenth Engineering Department in the county-level expressway "full access" project field, and win market competitiveness.
