We should combine the company's strength, optimize and strengthen on-site management personnel, thoroughly understand the contract and clarify the drawings and lists, and at the same time strengthen communication and exchanges with the owner, handle the relationship between the labor force and material suppliers, and maximize project profits. Xu Yanlu made requirements regarding technical issues, requiring the project department to be sure to do a good job in the preparatory work before the boiler installation and submit the installation plan to the company in advance.
