Wu Qian, Party Secretary and Vice Manager of the company; Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Manager; and Yang Pengyong, Member of the Party Committee and Vice Manager; as well as heads of the Production Management Department, Equipment and Materials Department, and Information Center, participated in the investigation and discussion meeting.

At the investigation meeting, Cui Yongzhi gave a detailed report on the company's DingTalk information platform, including the real-name registration system for migrant workers, production management, safety management, materials platform, and learning platform. DingTalk's collaborative office functions have shortened office processes, improved work efficiency, effectively solved the problem of scattered business among different departments, and enabled data integration for more intuitive decision-making support for company leaders.

The investigation team carefully listened to the report on the company's recent production situation and the use of the DingTalk platform for production control, and gave high recognition to the company. The investigation team made the following requirements: First, the company should further utilize the DingTalk system more deeply. Second, deepen data analysis on quality and progress during production, and use it for analysis and accountability. Third, refine data and build a strong management cockpit to provide timely decision-making data to leaders on economic control, material procurement, and other businesses.
