The opening ceremony for the Sangu Department Lu-Mi Expressway (Phase II Project) was held.

12 Month 28 Day 10：30 The opening ceremony of Lu-Mi Expressway (Phase II) was held at the Baishui toll station plaza of Lu-Mi Expressway. Mr. Gu Yongmao, Chairman of the Board, attended the ceremony.

The Luxi-Mile Expressway project is located in southeastern Yunnan Province. It is part of the planned longitudinal Qilin District-Luxi, Yimen-Mile Expressway in Yunnan Province's highway network, and also a key part of the Honghe Prefecture highway network. The route starts in Luxi County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, connecting to the planned provincial highway network's Qilin District-Luoping-Shizong-Luxi Expressway, and ends west of Xinshao Town, Mile City, Honghe Prefecture. The construction of this project will greatly improve the backward transportation infrastructure in Mile City and Luxi County, promote transportation and economic exchanges between Mile City and Luxi County and with the outside world, improve the local investment environment, drive regional economic development, and has important strategic significance for the economic development and resource utilization of southeastern Yunnan.

10 Hour 30 Minute, the opening ceremony officially began. Leaders from the Honghe Prefecture Transportation Bureau and Luxi County Government announced the opening of the Lu-Mi Expressway (Phase II). Amidst the sound of firecrackers, the ceremony's motorcade 1 vehicle slowly drove through the Baishui toll station, followed by other participating vehicles onto the expressway, marking the successful conclusion of the opening ceremony.
