Recently, the Group passed the 2019 annual credit rating review for foreign contracting projects, with the highest credit rating of AAA, maintaining this credit rating for seven consecutive years. The Group previously obtained the AAA credit rating for foreign contracting projects in 2012, 2015, and 2018. According to regulations, the rating is valid for three years, requiring an annual review. The review is jointly organized by the China Association of Engineering Contractors for Foreign Projects and the China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, mainly examining aspects such as the company's basic situation, business operations, financial status, and credit record. The credit rating is divided into "three levels and nine grades": the rating standards are divided into A, B, and C, with nine grades: AAA, AA, A, BBB, BB, B, CCC, CC, and C, with AAA being the highest level.

The credit rating evaluation covers approximately 200 member companies engaged in foreign engineering contracting and labor cooperation, encompassing a credit information database and a closely related system of credit system construction regulations and measures, establishing a relatively complete credit rating evaluation system. Through means such as credit information disclosure, credit information inquiries, credit rating, and follow-up tracking services, it provides a shared information platform for members and other companies in the industry, establishing a mechanism of rewarding trustworthiness and punishing dishonesty, enhancing the self-discipline awareness of foreign contracting project companies, fostering a good atmosphere of honest business operations, and achieving healthy and sustainable development of the industry. 

		 
The enterprise credit rating evaluation is of great significance. The AAA rating is not only an important reference standard for the China Association of Engineering Contractors for Foreign Projects to recommend to relevant government authorities and financial insurance institutions, but also the main indicator for the association's enterprise grading work. The Group's seven consecutive years of maintaining a AAA credit rating is a glorious banner for the Group's service to the "Belt and Road" initiative, becoming a vanguard of Yunnan Province's "going global" strategy, and is also important proof of the Group's deep cultivation of overseas markets and efforts to improve its overseas business capabilities. It will gain more opportunities, preferential conditions, and convenient measures in participating in industry business coordination, project recommendations, and seeking support from financial institutions.
