The company led the on-site review of the municipal engineering quality award for the No. 9 sewage treatment plant construction project.

2019 Year 11 Month 30 Day, the expert group from the Yunnan Provincial Excellent Engineering Association conducted an on-site review of the No. 9 Wastewater Treatment Plant, which our company participated in constructing. This review was led by our company, with the participation of relevant personnel from all participating units, construction units, supervision units, and design units. The meeting process mainly included project reports, on-site inspections, and review of construction process materials.

The report session was chaired by the person in charge of the Technology Center of Yunnan JianTou Second Installation Engineering Company, with the construction manager of the Sixth Engineering Department giving the project report. The report detailed the construction highlights, difficulties, and quality highlights of the project. Energy saving, emission reduction, and environmental protection during construction all met the requirements of green construction. The wastewater treatment capacity reached the design capacity, and wastewater treatment and the discharge of toxic and harmful gases met national emission standards, with excellent construction quality. The expert group members unanimously agreed on the project's construction, believing that the general contracting project of the Kunming No. 9 Wastewater Treatment Plant meets the conditions for applying for the Excellent Engineering Award.

Project Report

The expert group members and other participants jointly conducted on-site inspections of the various process equipment, pipelines, electrical and instrumentation installations of the No. 9 Wastewater Treatment Plant. Through the on-site inspection, the project's construction quality met the review requirements, the wastewater treatment capacity reached the expected effect, the process system operated normally, and met the requirements for the Excellent Engineering Award review.

Process System Explanation and Installation Equipment Inspection

After the on-site inspection, the process control technical documents and completion acceptance documents of the project were reviewed. Through the review of the project's completion documents, especially the review of the test data and professional third-party inspection reports during the installation process, the expert group believed that the installation engineering part (process equipment installation, piping, electrical installation, and instrumentation installation) had complete, authentic, and effective technical data with strong traceability.

Completion Document Review

In this review, the expert group gave an affirmative evaluation of the project's construction quality and was very satisfied with the preparation work of all participating units for the application for the Excellent Engineering Award. The Excellent Engineering Award review of the general contracting project of the Kunming No. 9 Wastewater Treatment Plant was successfully completed, laying the foundation for creating more excellent projects.
