The Baoshan Central City Underground Integrated Corridor Project 11th Bidding Section organized a study session on the Central Eight-Point Regulation and a special review activity.

On the morning of December 6, 2019, in response to the requirements of the Group Discipline Inspection Commission's "Notice on Conducting a Review of the Implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation," the Baoshan Central City Underground Integrated Corridor Project 11th Bid organized a special activity to study the "review" of the Central Eight-Point Regulation. This activity was organized and initiated by Project Manager Shen Kaijun, and all project management personnel participated.

During this activity, Comrade Shen Kaijun, based on the company's strict disciplinary requirements, led all management personnel in studying the relevant rules and regulations concerning nine prominent issues in project production work: the illegal acceptance of gifts and money, public funds for banquets, allocation and use of office space, disguised public fund tourism, handling of weddings, funerals, and celebratory events, allocation and use of official vehicles, use of transportation, participation in various seminars and celebrations, and the distribution of welfare or subsidies. All management personnel were required to perform their duties diligently, strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, and not cross legal boundaries.
