On October 31, Gan Yong, chairman of the company's trade union, attended the launch ceremony of the "60-day sprint to ensure the on-time completion and opening of Guangna Expressway" labor competition, and then went to the Guangna Expressway project department of the Tenth Engineering Department for investigation.
Chairman Gan Yong and his entourage visited the project department's residence, checking the construction of the residence, office and living facilities, project personnel allocation, and the preparation of preliminary materials. The project manager gave a key report on the early-stage construction preparation, material procurement, the entry of labor teams, the existing work interface, safety and civilization planning, and the construction schedule. The regional safety director exchanged views with the project department personnel on the standardized construction of safe and civilized construction of expressways, on-site safety management, and the establishment of data accounts. Chairman Gan Yong stated that the Guangna project site selection is reasonable, being close to the command center, connecting various tunnel construction points, and located in the middle section of the Guangna Expressway, with relatively convenient transportation. Secondly, under the condition of tight construction schedule, the project department quickly established a project management team and labor teams, and materials and machinery were brought in. The early work proceeded smoothly, and in the first week's assessment of four electromechanical units, it achieved first place with a 100% completion rate of the image progress, which is commendable. Thirdly, the project department team is very efficient, with senior electromechanical engineers overseeing the work, and "old drivers" with 30 years of construction experience acting as pioneers, providing good protection for the project department's safe operation. Chairman Gan urged all personnel of the project department to continue to strive for excellence, complete various node tasks assigned by the command center, and ensure the achievement of the opening target.

The Tenth Engineering Department of the company is mainly responsible for the tunnel lighting project along the entire line. The total length of the tunnels on both sides of the entire line is 26.458 kilometers, with 9404 sets of lamps installed, 180 sets of distribution boxes, 92,000 brackets, 58,000 meters of bridge frames and flat steel, 147,000 meters of lighting trunk cables, 123,000 meters of lighting branch cables, and 75,000 meters of control cables.
