Kunming Tongtai Real Estate Co., Ltd., Aerospace Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and other relevant units participated in the project completion acceptance.

The project is located at the west gate of JianTou Development Building. It is a commercial center renovation project. The construction content includes foundation and foundation engineering, main steel structure engineering, decoration engineering, building water supply and drainage engineering, and building electrical engineering.

The project was carried out with closed construction throughout the process.

Due to the complex underground pipe network, incomplete underground pipe network drawings, and discrepancies between the drawings and the actual situation, the project could not be constructed. After the enclosure installation was completed, the project department actively cooperated with the construction unit and the design unit to conduct an investigation of the underground pipe network. During the investigation, it was found that there was a large gap between the original underground pipe network drawings and the on-site situation. Therefore, according to the owner's requirements, the pipe network investigation area was expanded, and an on-site pipe network map was drawn and submitted to the design unit for modification of the drawings and the original underground pipe network, ensuring the smooth progress of the modification of the foundation and foundation engineering and the main structure drawings.

No safety accidents have occurred in the project, and it has been widely praised by the owner and surrounding residents. After the successful completion of the project, it will enhance the commercial value of the Jianxin Commercial Center and will become a scenic spot integrating leisure, entertainment, and sightseeing.
